British Regional Cheeses – Golden Cenarth

by Sherbhert Editor

Made by Carwyn Adams of Caws Cenarth in West Wales. This washed rind pasteurised cows’ milk soft cheese has a rich flavour. It can be eaten at room temperature, but it is also lovely baked for 20- 25 minutes at 200c and eaten with toasted sourdough bread or raw vegetables – carrots, cucumbers, radishes, peppers maybe?
